DELIVERY COST

We charge a only £22 delivery charge for all sofas. We want to offer an excellent, stress-free service and your new item deserves to arrive in style! Our friendly and trained delivery team will deliver it carefully to the room you want it in. THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL

Check that your new furniture will fit. If you have any questions about whether or not you think you have researched that the sofa will fit, contact us. Please make sure to include the appropriate information in your order, along with contact details and address information. Is there a clean entrance and parking for delivery drivers? If there is anything out of the ordinary, or you are unsure, please let us know before delivery.

DELIVERY BOOKING

We want to make shopping with us as easy and stress-free as possible. You may be contacted by our delivery team usually within five working days of placing your order. On the day of shipment, you will receive a text message from our shipping team to verify the time frame. Once they arrive, the transport staff will be able to find a safe place to park their car and take your product directly to the room of your choice. Please view the furniture while the drivers are present to ensure you are satisfied with the shipment and the product.

TAKE AWAY THE OLD SOFA

Although we do not currently provide removals, you can arrange loose furniture sets with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the documents you need below. You can contact the British Heart Foundation directly to arrange for your unwanted furniture to be collected at a time that suits you. They will sell it in one of their 700 stores across the UK and the proceeds will go towards life-saving research. So you could get rid of your unwanted stuff and feel good about it too.
